Max grew up in Shreveport, LA and has worked for 2 Fortune 100 companies( AT&T & MARS Inc. ) in the sales industry. He currently works for the Mars Family, (8th largest private company in the world) in the Royal Canin division, (the most profitable division of the Mars Pet Care Family). Max became the youngest male District Manager to join the sales force at the age of 25. He is now ranked in the top 5% of the company. Before working with the Mars Family, Max worked for Infused Medical Technology as District Manager and ranked 1st in the company where he sold infusion pumps. Max obtained a B.S Degree in Kinesiology with clinical concentration from Louisiana Tech University and later completed the Orthopedic Reconstruction and Trauma Device Specialist Certification program at the Medical Sales College in Denver, CO. Max enjoys family time, traveling, sports, exotic cars, and reading. He also loves giving back to the community and to his fraternity, Kappa Alpha Psi. Max enjoys helping other motivated people land their dream jobs in this tough economy. His favorite quote is “hoping and wishing is not an effective strategy to win”.


Engineer, Auto Journalist, Entrepreneur

Reggie was raised in Shreveport, LA and currently resides in Houston, TX. He is currently a Midstream Sr. Project Manager for Phillips 66 Petroleum and previously held positions with Dow Chemical and Praxair Inc., including an Asset Reliability position for a $4 billion portfolio. He has been a college recruiter for 2 Fortune 100 companies in which he interviewed and hired collegiate prospects for intern and full time positions. After graduating from Louisiana Tech University in 2007 with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, he accelerated his entrepreneurship. He solidified his first LLC, Draper Automotive, at the age of 24, and is currently on the path to realizing his dream as a world renown automotive journalist. As a former member of the Louisiana Tech Track & Field team, Reggie is also a co-founder for GoPro Houston charitable non-profit, in which he mentored youth in academics and educational balance. Along with being a member of Kappa Alpha Phi fraternity, in his spare time Reggie indulges in auto racing, music projects, travel and various athletics. He believes that anyone and everyone has a greatness and can succeed in their passion.
